Ticket Terms & Conditions
Effective 20 October 2026
These terms apply to every ticket for The $600M Blueprint (the Event), held on Thursday 18 March 2027, 10:00am to 1:00pm, in Sydney CBD.
1. Who we are
The Event is organised by Warren Rogers (ABN 55 926 506 746) ("we", "us"). Contact: editor@globalmediablitz.com, 0404 235 234. Tickets are sold through Stripe, whose own terms also apply to the payment process.
2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where a term conflicts with them, the law prevails.
3. Tickets and prices
3.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The total price, including any booking fee, is shown before you pay.
3.2 Any card surcharge will not exceed our cost of accepting that card.
3.3 A ticket admits one person. Your ticket is your proof of entry, so keep it safe.
3.4 Business Access (A$250) includes the items listed on the ticket page at the time you buy, including general networking, the live Q&A, a Certificate of Accomplishment and the e-book The Heart of Salesmanship.
3.5 Business Advantage (A$400) includes everything in Business Access plus the additional items listed on the ticket page at the time you buy.
4. Business Advantage inclusions
4.1 The live video interview at the Event will be edited and sent to you within a month of the video shoot. If we cannot interview you during the Event due to the time constraints of the venue, we will reschedule your interview within 6 months of the Event.
4.2 Discounted agency offers are optional. Any agency service you buy is a separate agreement with its own terms and price, confirmed in writing before you commit.
4.3 Priority seating means seats in a reserved front section, allocated on arrival.
5. Bring-a-friend offer
Each buyer of a full-price Business Advantage ticket may buy one additional ticket at 30% off. Subsequent tickets in the same checkout are priced at 10% off, up to 3 per order. The discount is only available at checkout of the first ticket: if the buyer checks out without adding the discounted tickets, the discount opportunity is forfeited.
Friend, partner and team tickets are subject to these terms.
6. Entry and venue rules
6.1 Attendees must be 18 years or older.
6.2 You must follow the venue's rules and the reasonable directions of our staff and venue staff.
6.3 Please arrive by 9:50am. Late arrival may mean missing part of the program, and is not grounds for a refund.
7. Conduct
We want a safe, respectful room. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who harasses others, behaves in a threatening or unlawful way, or seriously disrupts the Event. If you are removed for this reason, you will not receive a refund, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one.
8. Changes to the Event
8.1 We may make minor changes, such as the order of sessions or the run sheet, without notice.
8.2 If we cancel the Event, change its date, move it to a substantially different venue, or Glenn Rogers can no longer present, our Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy applies.
9. Educational content, no guaranteed results
The Event provides general business education and networking. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice for your circumstances. Results depend on many factors, and we do not promise any particular business or financial outcome. Figures about Glenn Rogers' career describe past experience and are not a prediction of your results.
10. Offers made at the Event
At the Event we may present optional offers, such as agency services, coaching or future events. You are never required to buy anything. Each offer has its own terms, and you will receive them in writing. Any cooling-off rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law will be explained before you commit.
11. Photography and recording
11.1 The Event will be photographed and filmed. Footage may be used to promote this and future events.
11.2 If you prefer not to be featured, tell our staff at check-in and we will give you an identifying lanyard or sticker. We will not use footage in which you are the main subject in advertising without your consent.
11.3 You may take photos for personal use. You may not record sessions for commercial use or redistribution.
12. Networking and the marketplace
Deals and arrangements you make with other attendees, exhibitors or sponsors are between you and them. We do not endorse their products or services, and we are not a party to those arrangements.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13.2 Subject to section 2 and clause 13.1, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the update applies to tickets bought after it is published. The terms in place when you bought your ticket continue to apply to that ticket, unless a change benefits you.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
